We are spouses, business partners and real estate investors. Ozen Properties is a real estate investment firm that revolves around investing within single-family and multi-family real estate. Headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, operating all through Wisconsin and Illinois.
Born out of the passion that we have for real estate, in 2018 we got involved in property management for a private investor in the Dane County area in Madison, Wisconsin in an effort to learn more about real estate more closely. This granted us the opportunity to get associated with other investors and people in the industry while learning all the particularities about real estate and to help build a strong, knowledgeable, and reliable team for our business.
We're proudly operating in the Wisconsin and Illinois area with a team that carry over 25 years of experience and knowledge in the industry. We cover from deal sourcing to capital raising and active portfolio development.
